Glutinous Rice Dumpling (Ohagi)

Yesterday was the Spring Equinox Day. It's a national holiday in Japan and many people tend to visit their ancestor' grave. If you are living in Japan, you will notice many glutinous rice dumplings sold at grocery stores as an offering. They are coated with sweetened red beans, soybean flour, or sesame seeds. I love its chewy texture!
